CLAT 2023 Application: Registration for the CLAT exam can be done by visiting the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

CLAT 2023 Application: Consortium of National Law Universities has started the registration for CLAT 2023 exam from today. Students who wish to appear for the Common Law Admission Test can apply online through the official website of CNLU at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. The last date to apply for the exam is November 13, 2022. CLAT 2023 exam will be conducted on December 18, 2022.

The Common Law Admission Test i.e. CLAT for 2023 was conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) on 19th June 2022. The CLAT 2023 Result of the candidates who appeared in the exam has been declared on 25 June 2022. The CLAT Result 2022 of the candidates has been released on the official website of the Consortium of National Law Universities, consortiumofnlus.ac.in, from where you can check the result.

What is CLAT? 

The full form of CLAT is Common Law Admission Test.

CLAT is a national level entrance exam, which is conducted every year by the Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU). Through this entrance exam, you will be able to take admission in 22 National Law Universities (NLU) and many private law schools in the country.

Eligibility Criteria for CLAT

Educational Qualification

The applicant who wants to apply for this entrance exam must have passed 12th from any board. Also should have 45% marks in 12th (40% marks for scheduled castes (schedule caste – SC) and scheduled tribe (schedule tribe – ST)).

Age Limit for CLAT Exam

There is no upper age limit fixed for giving this exam. You can give this exam for as long as you want.

Reservation in CLAT Exam

Reservation has been arranged in this examination so that students from backward classes also get an opportunity to enroll. If you have any kind of reservation certificate, then definitely put it while applying. In this, reservation has been made for the students of scheduled tribes, scheduled castes and economically weaker, etc.

Step 4: Register by submitting the requested information.
Step 5: Log in now.
Step 6: Fill out the application form.
Step 7: Pay the application fee.
Step 8: After completing all the process take the print of the application.

Who can apply? (CLAT Eligibility Criteria 2023)

Candidates who have passed class 12 are eligible to apply for CLAT. There is LLB course after 12th. At the same time, LLM which is a postgraduate degree, only candidates who have completed LLB or are in the final year of LLB program can apply for it.
