Admission Alert: Apply For Admission In CIPET CSTS Amritsar Till 28 May 2023
The Central Institute of Petro Chemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET) has started the admission process for the 2023-24 academic session. Candidates interested in pursuing a diploma or postgraduate diploma courses in plastic technology and related fields can apply for the CIPET Entrance Exam 2023 by May 28.
The entrance exam is scheduled for June 11, and the session will commence from the first week of August. CIPET’s Amritsar center offers three diploma programs – Diploma in Plastic Technology (DPT), Diploma in Plastics Mold Technology (DPMT), and 2-year Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing & Testing (PGD PPT).
Additionally, the institute offers a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics Processing and Testing (PGDPPT) and a one and a half-year duration Post Diploma in Plastics Mold Design with CAD/CAM (PDPMD). Interested candidates can visit the website www.cipet.gov.in for more information.
The entrance test application can be submitted through cipet23.onlineregistrationform.org/CIPET/. The Design and CAD/CAM Department of CIPET: CSTS – Amritsar provides students with the latest systems and software to ensure effective training in product and molding design.
Admission is open for various courses offered by CIPET, including 3-year Diploma in Plastic Mold Technology and a 3-year Diploma in Plastic Technology for class 10 pass students.
Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing & Testing is available for students having a B.Sc degree, while diploma holders in Mechanical/ Plastics/ Polymer/ Tool/ Tool & Die Making/ Production/ Mechatronics/ Automobile/ Petrochemicals/ Industrial/ Instrumentation Engineering/ Technology or Post Diploma in D.P.M.T./D.P.T. or equivalent Plastic Mold Design with CAD/CAM can also apply.
