The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, in collaboration with MyGov, has launched the Swachhata on Canvas Competition to celebrate 10 years of the Swachh Bharat Mission. This competition invites participants to express their creativity through paintings, sketches, and drawings that reflect the values of Swabhav Swachhata – Sanskaar Swachhata, public cleanliness, hygiene, and community spirit.
How Can You Participate in the Swachhata On Canvas Competition?
To take part in this exciting competition, participants must create and submit a painting, sketch, or drawing that represents themes such as Waste Segregation, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Waste to Wealth.
The competition seeks to highlight the importance of community participation, environmental care, and individual responsibility for cleanliness. Entries can be submitted via the MyGov platform along with a brief explanation (up to 50 words) of the inspiration behind the artwork.
What are the Submission Guidelines?
- Conceptualize: Create an original artwork that embodies the values of Swabhav Swachhata, Sanskaar Swachhata, and other Swachh Bharat-related themes.
- Painting: Participants may use any medium, including watercolors, oil paints, crayons, or pencils.
- Submit: Upload your work on MyGov with your name, contact details, and a short explanation.
