NCERT Announces eMagazine Launch
The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has issued a circular inviting entries for an eMagazine to be published on National Space Day, 23rd August 2024.
This special edition will commemorate the landing of Chandrayaan 3 on the Moon and celebrate India’s success in space. School principals across the nation are encouraged to participate in this initiative by submitting entries from their schools.

The theme for the eMagazine is “National Space Day: Landing of Chandrayaan 3 on the Moon, Commemorating India’s Success in Space.” Each school is requested to submit one entry in both Hindi and English on this theme. Share your travel experiences in a 1000-word narrative. Travelogues should engage readers with vivid descriptions and captivating storytelling, offering a taste of different locales and cultural insights.

Express your creativity through poetry with themes varying from nature to emotions. Poems should be between 150-200 words.
Articles by Students
Students can write 1500-word articles on academic subjects, personal growth, or any other relevant topic. It’s important that the content does not hurt national sentiments.
Story
Craft engaging fictional or non-fictional stories, with a word limit of 1000 words. Let your imagination flow, but ensure the stories are respectful of national sentiments.
Practices, Innovative Ideas, Activities
Teachers and parents are invited to share innovative teaching practices, classroom activities, or educational ideas in articles up to 1500 words.
Current Topics Theme
Write about contemporary issues, trends, or events that impact education, society, or students. Articles should be between 1500-2000 words.
Illustrations and Photographs
Include original illustrations or photographs related to the theme or school events. Ensure they are of 300 dpi resolution and can be up to 100 MB in size. Files should be in PDF format.
Book Review
Submit a review of a book read by a student, teacher, or parent. Reviews should reflect the theme and provide insightful analysis.
How to Upload Entries?
When uploading entries in the Google Form, ensure the title of the file follows this format: “Name of author_School affiliation number_Type of entry”. Maintain originality in your submissions as plagiarism will not be tolerated.
