About CBSE Aryabhaṭa Ganit Challenge
Aryabhatta Ganit Challenge 2022 is being organized by CBSE to make school students understand the reality of Mathematics subject and its importance in daily life. CBSE has issued a notification to all the schools to motivate the students to participate in this CBSE Aryabhaṭa Ganit Challenge competition. In this CBSE Aryabhaṭa Ganit Challenge competition to be held in 2 phases, 3 students will be selected from each school. In the first phase, students will participate in this competition at the school level.
After this, the selected students will take part in the national-level competition. The CBSE Aryabhaṭa Ganit Challenge competition will be held in pen-paper mode at the school level.
CBSE Aryabhaṭa Ganit Challenge TimeLine
Level 2 will be conducted at the national level by CBSE in a computer-based mode. Students of classes 8th to 10th can apply at www.cbse.nic.in. The last date for application is 15 November 2022. Question papers for Aryabhatta Maths Challenge will be issued between November 16 and 21. Registration for the national level will be held between November 28 and December 10.
CBSE Aryabhaṭa Ganit Challenge Exam Details
There will be MCQ-type questions in the first stage exam. The total weightage will be 40 marks and there will be no negative marking. Three top scorers of the first stage will be selected for the second stage examination. Schools will send the names of their top three scorers to CBSE for the second stage examination. CBSE will conduct the second stage examination on December 15. For the second stage, schools can register these top three students from November 28 to December 10.

For the Aryabhata Mathematics Challenge (Aryabhatta Ganit Challenge) at the national level, registration can be done by paying a fee of Rs 900. The exam duration will be 60 minutes both at the school and national levels. The question paper will be 40-40 marks. The registered school will conduct the exam to identify the top 3 students. A merit certificate will be given to the top 100 students of the CBSE region.
