The online ‘Yoga Se Ayu’ quiz competition is being organized by the All-India Institute of Ayurveda to celebrate the International Day of Yoga and encourage participants to take part in the quiz and also create an overall positive environment.

Yoga se Ayu Quiz questions are designed to make participants aware of the importance of Yoga in Ayurveda in maintaining health, and harmony. By participating they will learn to appreciate that Yoga is an integral part of our cultural heritage and along with Ayurveda, is practiced for maintaining physical fitness, mental alertness, and emotional balance.

Objectives for Online Yoga Quiz :

The objectives are to:

1. Create awareness regarding yogic practices and motivate children
2. Collect additional materials on yoga
3. Develop an understanding of the advantages of various asana as a preventive measures in addressing various physical and mental ailments
4. Motivate students to practice asana on regular basis for overall health and wellness
5. Instill human values

Who Can Be Participants of Yoga se Ayu:

Anybody can participate but The quiz is also for children from classes 6 to 12 of all types of schools and managements: Government Schools, Government Aided, CBSE affiliated Schools, KVS, NVS, CISCE, DMS of RIEs, and Private schools affiliated with other Boards. However, for the popularization of International Yoga Day, all others including parents and teachers can also participate in this quiz. (Our Suggestion)

The quiz will be open for one month starting on 3rd June 2022 and will close on 21st June 2022.

How to participate in Yoga Se Ayu Quiz Competition 2022?

Students can follow the steps to participate in this Yoga Se Ayurveda Quiz 2022.

1. Then visit the official website of official MyGov Website.
2. Click on the “Login to Play” link shown on the screen.
3. Enter your MyGov ID and Password (use your credentials) 
4. Enter the “Play Quiz” link.

Terms and Conditions for Yoga se Ayu Quiz

1. Each question in the Yoga se ayu quiz will be in the multiple-choice format with only one correct answer.

2. Students are required to attempt 10 questions in 10 minutes.

3. The quiz questions are prepared in both Hindi and English.

4. You are allowed to attempt the quiz only once and only one option will be accepted for a question.

5. After responding to a question, click on the “Next Question”, button to go to the next question

6.No negative mark is there.

7. After attempting questions, the final submission should be clicked. No change can be made after the final submission.

8. The decision of the All India Institute of Ayurveda will be final in all matters related to the Quiz.
