To,

Village Gopalpur, District Lucknow,
Uttar Pradesh.

Subject: For the establishment of a girls’ school in the village.

Subject – Regarding the opening of a new school. (Pick any one Subject)

Sir,

The request is that there is not a single school in Gopalpur village. To study, the girls of our area have to go to Sitapur town which is four kilometers away from our village. There is no public transport and bus service according to school timings for commuting. Most of the girls of our village are not able to go to school because of today’s environment, due to which the girls of our village are facing hindrances in their education. Whatever cooperation can be made for the girl’s school, we all will do it together.

Opening the school will greatly benefit the girls of the village. Please give us an appointment to complete the formalities regarding the same.

With Thanks,
Mohan Dubey, Resident
Sitapur.
