A Discreet Way to Initiate Whatsapp Group Calls
In this latest WhatsApp update, initiating a voice call in large groups won’t cause members’ phones to ring. Instead, a pop-up notification will appear on mobile which allowing group members to join the call effortlessly. This WhatsApp large group call feature also includes the option to message those unable to join. It is currently available for groups with over 33 members.
Multi-Account Support: Two Accounts in One App
WhatsApp has now rolled out a multi-account feature. WhatsApp Users can access this by visiting the settings and navigating to the profile section.
A downward arrow in the top right corner provides the option to open more than one account, similar to Instagram’s account switching feature. This requires two SIM cards in the phone. It enhancing user convenience for managing multiple WhatsApp accounts.

Once in the call, users will find convenient call controls at the top of the screen. The update also allows sending text messages and photos during calls, alongside personal chatting. Notably, these voice chats will be end-to-end encrypted, ensuring user safety and privacy.
Support Across iOS and Android Platforms
This upcoming WhatsApp feature update will be available to WhatsApp users on both iOS and Android platforms. It will be functional in groups ranging from 33 to 128 participants.
WhatsApp, with its billions of users worldwide, continues to innovate, catering to a diverse user base from teenagers to the elderly.
Voice WhatApp Chats is only available for groups with 32 or more participants.
