Union Bank of India, a leading public sector bank established in 1919, has announced its ambitious initiative “The National Level General Awareness Quiz Competition – U Genius 2023.” This endeavor aims to motivate young minds across the country to dive deep into general awareness and expand their horizons.

U Genius 2023: Fostering a Passion for Learning
The esteemed educational institutions across the country are invited to participate in this enlightening quiz competition. While the specific venue and date remain to be announced, the UGENIUS Quiz will consist of several phases, starting with the City Rounds. Winners of these rounds will make their way to the National level Semi-Finale and Finale set to be held in Mumbai during Oct-Nov 2023.

- Final Winner Team: Cash Prize of Rs. 1,00,000, Trophies, and Certificates.

- Semi-finalist: Trophies and Certificates.

Rules and Guidelines for U Genius 2023
To maintain fairness and clarity, the following rules are established:
- Teams must comprise two students each.
- A maximum of four teams (totaling eight students) from an institution can compete.
- A preliminary round will filter out the best, leading to the City Final Round. Only one team per institution will advance to this round.
- Participants must bring valid school identification or a bonafide certificate with a photograph.
- The Quiz Master’s rulings are final, and no disputes will be entertained.
- Participants must handle their travel and accommodation.
- The preliminary round starts at the city level, allowing registered teams to compete.
- Teams must accurately represent their institution. Any discrepancies or misinformation can lead to disqualification.
