For whom– Applications are invited from the eligible candidates by the NSP National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme 2021-22. This scholarship has been started primarily with the aim of helping the promising students from weaker sections. Students of class 8th can apply for this scholarship to prevent dropout and continue their studies at secondary level and get financial assistance.
Eligibility-This scholarship is for students of class 9th who have secured at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade in class 8th examination (relaxation of 5% for SC/ST students) or class 7th Candidates who have obtained at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the examination can apply for this. There will be a relaxation of 5% for SC/ST candidates for appearing in the selection test for the award of scholarship.

Scholarship Program for Diaspora Children (SPDC) 2021-22 Science Communication and Outreach Activities 2021
For whom– Applications are invited from eligible candidates by the Scholarship Program for Diaspora Children (SPDC) 2021-22 Scheme. This scheme has been implemented by the Ministry of External Affairs to help deserving and needy candidates to pursue their graduation.
Eligibility-This fellowship is given to those candidates who are Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/OCI/Non-Resident Indian (NRI)/Indian workers in ECR countries and those candidates who are studying outside India. can apply. Also, those who have passed class 12th board examination with minimum 60% marks or equivalent and have not received any scholarship sponsored or funded by the state government or central government are also eligible and can apply.
What to get: 75% of the financial cost of the institution (up to US$4,000) per year.

ICMR Centenary-Post Doctoral Research Fellowship Scheme 2021
For whom– Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) invites applications for ICMR Centenary-Post Doctoral Research Fellowship Scheme 2021 from PhD/MD/MS degree holders. The objective of the fellowship scheme is to promote high-quality research opportunities for talented and young PhD/MD/MS degree holders in the fields of Reproductive Health including Basic Science, Communicable and Non-Communicable Diseases and Nutrition in ICMR Institutions/Centres.
Eligibility: The fellowship is open to candidates up to 32 years of age, who are fresh PhD/MS/MD degree holders completing PhD/MS/MD within 3 years or holding a provisional PhD/MS/MD degree.
Candidates should have minimum designation of Scientist-C grade in PDF guide. Apart from these, postgraduate medical students can also apply for fellowships in MCI recognized postgraduate medical colleges where at least three batches have obtained their postgraduate degrees.
