CBSE Board Exam 2022-23: CBSE will start registration for 9th and 11th from December 15, there will be no option of correction window from this year.

CBSE Latest News : welcome to shikshapress. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is going to start the registration process for class 9th and 11th students appearing for the board exams for the next academic session. CBSE has released the registration notice on its official website. According to this, the registration of class 9th, 11th will start from December 15, 2021.

Registration of Students for Classes IX and XI for Session 2021-2022

This registration is necessary to appear in CBSE 10th, 12th board exams in the next academic session 2022-23. Students without registration will not be allowed to appear in the board exam. CBSE has said that only those students will be allowed to appear in class 10, 12 board exams whose names and details have been submitted by their schools. However, before the schools can start collecting the details of the students, they will have to register themselves on that portal.

CBSE has written in its circular that the registration of students in class IX and XI is a very important process which helps CBSE to plan in advance to conduct the class X and XII examinations of these students in the next year. Another important aspect of registration is to communicate the personal details of the students to the parents so that if there is any mistake in the personal details of the concerned student it can be rectified before the conduct of class X/XII examination. This helps eliminate requests to make improvements in the future. The process of registration will start from 15/12/2021 (Wednesday). The link for registration will be available on www.cbse.nic.in.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday, December 08, 2021, issued an official notice stating that the registration of students of classes IX and XI for the session 2021-22 will start from December 15, 2021 (Wednesday).

CBSE schools have also been directed to enter their affiliation number in the user ID while registering for online submission. The schools which have recently got recognition will have to approach the regional office of the board to submit the details online.

CBSE will not provide this facility from this year :

  • CBSE Will Start Registration For 9th And 10th From December 15, The Option Of Correction Window Will Be Closed From This Year

As per the CBSE official notice, schools will have to disclose personal details of students to parents for cross-checking. CBSE is going to close the correction window for correction and editing from this year. CBSE says that it is only the responsibility of the school to give correct details. Schools must note that the data once submitted to the students during registration on the CBSE portal cannot be changed. For this permission has to be taken from CBSE.

Important Information for Students

1. The name of the student, parent, guardian or others must be spelled correctly.
2. Date of Birth
3. Names of Subjects
4. Subject Codes Selected in 10th or 12th

Registration Fee

9th and 11th class for Indian students from 15th to 30th December 2021 – Rs.300.
For 9th class students studying abroad – Rs 500, for 11th Rs 600 with late fee from 31 January to 07 January 2022.
2300 rupees for Indian students and 2500 rupees for 9th students studying abroad and 2600 rupees for 11th students.

CBSE schools have to ensure these things

  • The students being sponsored are their own regular and genuine students.
  • The students are not from any unauthorized / unaffiliated school.
  • Students are regularly attending classes in your school.
  • Students should not be registering with any board of school education other than CBSE.
  • As per the provisions of the bye-laws, students are eligible for admission to classes IX and XI and to appear in the board examinations of classes 10th and 12th.
  • In case of admission to Class-XI, it may be specifically ensured that the student has the mark sheet of Class 10th examination passed from a recognized Board.
