The application process for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET 2022 has started. 

The Entrance Test shall consist of 200 multiple choice questions (four options with a single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Botany & Zoology). 50 questions in each subject will be divided into two sections (A and B). The duration of the Examination will be 200 minutes (03 hours 20 minutes) from 02:00 PM to 05:20 PM (IST).

NEET (UG) – 2022 will be conducted in 13 languages i.e. English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

Interested candidates will be able to submit online application form till 11.50 pm on May 6 and fees till 11.50 pm on May 7. For the first time, examination centers for NEET 2022 will be set up in 14 cities outside India.

The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Examination (NEET) 2022 for admission in Medical Graduate Program will be held on 17th July. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the schedule of NEET 2022. NEET will be held in 13 Indian languages. NTA has opened the online application window. Interested candidates can fill online application form till May 6. For the first time, examination centers for NEET 2022 will be set up in 14 cities outside India.

NTA has issued the notification of the schedule of Net UG 2022 late on Wednesday evening. The window for filling online application form for NEET UG 2022 has opened on the NTA website. Interested candidates will be able to submit the online application form till 11.50 pm on May 6 and fees till 11.50 pm on May 7. Fees can be deposited through debit, credit, net banking, UPI, and Paytm.

Fees 

The fee for online application will be Rs. 1600 for general class students, Rs. 1500 for general class EWS and OBC non creamy layer students and Rs. 900 for SC, ST, Divyang and Third Gender students. Meanwhile, for examination centers in 14 cities to be set up outside India, the fee will be Rs. 8500.

Exams will be held in 543 cities in India

For NEET UG 2022, NTA will set up 543 examination centers in different cities of the country. While outside India, there will be three examination centers in UAE, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Thailand, Qatar, Malaysia, Kuwait, Nigeria, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore.

Questions will come from physics, chemistry and biology

I.e. in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

JEE Main 2022 will be from 20 to 29 June

Meanwhile, due to the clash in the date of 12th board examination and JEE Main 2022, changes have been made in engineering entrance examination. The first semester exam of JEE Main, which was to be held from April 21 to May 4, will now be from June 20 to 29. Meanwhile, the examination for the second session of JEE Main will be held in July instead of May.

Important Instructions:

i. Candidates can apply for NEET (UG) – 2022 through the “Online” mode only through the website https://neet.nta.nic.in/

ii. Submission of the Online Application Form may be done by accessing the NTA website https://neet.nta.nic.in/ The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.

iii. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.

iv. Candidates must strictly follow the instructions given in the Information Bulletin and on the NTA website. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

v. Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own or Parents/Guardians only as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.
