Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India (YASASVI) ENTRANCE TEST-2022: National Testing Agency (NTA) has brought scholarships for school students. NTA has sought applications from school students for PM Young achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India (YASASVI).
The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India has formulated a scheme known as PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India (YASASVI) for award of scholarships to eligible candidates belonging to Other Backward Class (OBC), Economically Backward Class (EBC) and De-Notified, Nomadic & Semi Nomadic Tribes(DNT/SNT) categories, (the annual income of whose parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakhs) studying in Class IX and Class XI in identified Schools across India

National Testing Agency has invited online applications from school students studying in Class IX and Class XI in identified schools across the country for the PM Young Achiever Scholarship Award Scheme for Vibrant India (YASASVI) Entrance Test 2022.

Interested and eligible candidates can apply to appear for the exam on the official website yet.nta.ac.in by 26 August. According to the official notification released by NTA, applicants will be able to make changes in their form from August 27 to 31, 2022. The exam is scheduled to be held on September 11 in 78 cities. The admit card for the exam will be issued by NTA on September 05, 2022.

In a notification issued by the National Testing Agency, it was said that the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India has issued a notification for Other Backward Classes (OBC), Economically Backward Classes (EBC) studying in Class IX and Class 11 in identified schools across the country. ) and Vibrant India Successful Scheme for award of scholarships to eligible candidates belonging to De-Notified, Nomadic and Semi Nomadic Tribes (DNT/SNT) categories, called PM Young Achievers Scholarship Award Scheme. In this, the candidates are not required to pay any examination fee for the registration of the application.

What is the Procedure for selection of students for NTA scholarship
In order to shortlist the students for YASASVI 2022, NTA will conduct an entrance exam in MCQ format on 11th September. The application process for this has started from 27th July and the last date to submit the form is 26th August till 11:50 pm. Other Backward Classes is a scholarship scheme established by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment for Economically Backward Classes and Non-Notified, Nomadic and Semi Nomadic Tribes category for students studying in class 9 or class 11.
