NTSE 2022: National Talent Search Examination postponed, check notification
Latest Educational News: NCERT POSTPONE National Talent Search Examination (NTSE). NTSE is a scholarship program fully funded by the Ministry of Education (MOE) Government of India (Gol) and hosted by NCERT. The scholarship exam is conducted every year in two phases – Phase 1 (State Level) and Phase 2 (National Level). Also, the first phase is conducted by the state while the second phase is conducted by NCERT.
The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) today announced that the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) has been on hold till further orders. As per the official notification by NCERT, (NTSE) was sanctioned only till March 31, 2021, and thereafter it is not issued. So this NTSE Exam has been on hold till further notice.
National Talent Search Examination (NTSE)
NCERT (NTS) is an agency to apply for the National Talent Search Exam. Last the National Talent Search Examination (NTSE 2021) was conducted on October 24, 2021, at 68 examination centers across the country. The result of which was released on February 18 on the official NCERT website — ncert.nic.in. The provision result and OMR sheet were released by the council on February 9, 2022, through the official NCERT website.
What NCERT Mentioned in the Official Notice on NTSE Talent Search Exam
The National Talent Search Scheme is a central sector scheme fully funded by the Ministry of Education (Mo) Government of India (Gol). NCERT is an implementing agency for the NTS scheme. The Scheme was approved till 31 March 2021. The further implementation of the scheme in its present form has not been approved and has been stalled till further orders.
