Kamla Nehru Public School Selected for State Level INSPIRE Awards – MANAK 

The INSPIRE Awards – MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspirations and Knowledge), being executed by DST with National Innovation Foundation – India (NIF), an autonomous body of DST, aims to motivate students in studying in classes 6 to 10.

Educational News: Two students from Kamla Nehru Public School (KNPS) represented at the District Level Exhibition and Project Competition of INSPIRE Awards – MANAK (Million Minds Augmenting National Aspirations and Knowledge) in Jalandhar on 18.11.22. Out of a total of 55 exhibits displayed by students from Jalandhar, Kapurthala, and SBS Nagar districts.

Master Rhythm Aery grade 8 student of the KNPS project “From crash to safe landing” is selected for State Level exhibition. Along with Master Rhythm and Master Ekamjeet Singh showcased his project punter Tyre roller at the District level. Mr Pankaj Sardana President School Managing Committee and the School Principal Ms P.K. Dhillon congratulated the team and honoured them during the Annual Function on 19.11.22.

What is INSPIRE Scheme?

INSPIRE – Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research, is a flagship programme of the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India. The basic objective of INSPIRE would be to communicate to the youth population of the country the excitement of the creative pursuit of science and attract talent to the study of science at an early stage and build the required critical human resource pool for strengthening and expanding the Science & Technology system and R&D base.
