I am a student of class (Mention your class). My roll. no. is 39(Your roll no.). I had recently issued a book on art (any subject which is asked by your teacher in an exam or test) book by Ankush Kumar from Library. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the book. I apologize for losing it. 

I request you to grant me a week’s time to try and find the book. If I am unable to find it. I will definitely pay the fine that is due.

Please let me know the fine that I will have to pay for the book. I am willing to pay the cost of buying a new copy of “100 World’s Greatest Speeches.”

I assure you that this will not repeat again and I will take care of the books I borrow from the library.
