Summer vacations are the best time to relax and travel with family and friends. I eagerly wait for summer vacation every year. Every year my school closes in the middle of May and starts again in the first week of July. This is the time when I can relax without the worries of my studies and exams.
This time after working hard for the exams, I needed some rest so I kept my books aside for a few weeks and decided to spend all my time with my friends and family. On the first morning of my vacation, I went out to play with my friends, but as it was very hot, we decided to play indoor games. In the evening I asked my parents to take me to some hill station. Father told that he has already planned a trip to Rishikesh with my uncle’s family and made all the necessary bookings.

I am here safe and happy. Hope you are also safe along with your family. Just two days back I have returned from Mumbai after spending my summer vacation. Mumbai’s temperature is high in summer, but I got to see the whole experience of unity in diversity there. People running everywhere make the atmosphere here dynamic.
Mumbai is a very ancient city. Here I saw many places. Here I saw Gateway of India, Mahalaxmi Temple, Haji Ali, Film City, and Ajaib Ghar. Many types of antiquities can be seen here. Here my old friend Rajeev was also found, due to which my pleasure of traveling increased even more. Apart from the big skyscrapers here, many temples are also worth visiting. The Mahalakshmi temple is especially worth seeing. I missed you a lot throughout the holidays.
If I get a chance to visit Mumbai again, I would certainly like all of you to be with me.
