Education Ministry Will Promote ‘Soft Skill’ Courses.
Ministry of Education Said “Foreign students will be motivated to come to India”.
Educational News: The Ministry of Education is going to do worldwide branding of soft skill courses related to Indian traditions including yoga and higher educational institutions conducting them, for which the help of Indian embassies present in countries around the world will be taken.
In this series, the Central Government has also made extensive changes in the Study in India program being run to woo foreign students.
This decision was taken by the Ministry of Education after recently signing an agreement with Australia for cooperation in the field of skill and education.
On this occasion, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that through these soft skills courses, India will now inspire students from all over the world to come to India and learn new ways of living life.
The focus will be on courses related to an eco-friendly lifestyle
The courses which have been decided to be branded by the Ministry of Education include Yoga and eco-friendly lifestyle courses. Apart from this, courses like Corona Management, and Mission Life can also be included.
Launch of ‘Mission Life’ School Curriculum on PM Modi’s call
PM Modi had started the Mission Life scheme and he talked about including it in the school curriculum. ‘Mission Life’ in which it has told how to deal with environmental challenges like climate change, and how students can decide their lifestyle according to the environment.
Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has instructed the School Education Department to prepare the school curriculum in the new National Education Policy under the Mission Life scheme.
Foreigner Students will be motivated to come to India
PM Modi said that the youth of the 21st century wants to make their own systems and world according to their own. He needs a platform and at the same time freedom from old shackles and cages.
He said that the new ‘National Education Policy’ assures the youth that the country is now completely with them, with their spirits. PM Modi said that for decades it was understood that it is necessary to go abroad for good studies.
Now the situation will be the opposite and people from abroad will come to India for good studies and admission to the best institutions.
