CBSE CTET Exam 2022: The wait for the CTET exam date is about to end. The date of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) will be announced soon by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Candidates who have applied for the exam will be able to check the CTET notice on the official website of the board.
CTET Exam 2022: When will the CTET exam
As per the notification issued by the CBSE board, the CTET exam will be conducted in December and January but the board has not yet released the exact date of the exam. On the other hand, if media reports are to be believed then the exam can be conducted in January. However, no information has come from the board in this regard.

CTET Admit Card 2022: CTET Admit Card soon

CTET Exam Pattern
150 questions of 150 marks each will be asked in both the papers of CTET. 2 hours and 30 minutes will be given to solve these questions. As the exam date can be announced any time, candidates are advised to start preparing for the CTET exam from now itself.
CTET December 2022 Lifetime Validity
CTET is a national-level exam and it is conducted twice a year. Candidates who are successful in CTET Paper 1 are considered eligible for recruitment to the posts of teachers in government schools from classes 1 to 5 and those who are successful in Paper 2 are considered eligible for recruitment to the posts of teachers in classes 6 to 8.
The validity of the CTET certificate has also been extended till a lifetime. This means if you have passed the exam once then there will be no need to give the exam again.
CTET Minimum Passing Marks
It is necessary for any candidate to secure the minimum qualifying marks in order to clear the CTET exam. It is necessary for the general category students to bring at least 60 percent in the examination. On the other hand, for students belonging to Other Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes, and Scheduled Tribes, this minimum mark is 55 percent.

CTET December 2021 Result was released on 9th March 2022. In this, 1892276 candidates had registered, out of which 14,95,511 candidates appeared in the examination. Of these, a total of 4,45,467 passed.
