The conference is scheduled to be held in collaboration with the Kolkata Sahodaya School Complex on the theme “Education for Life – Road Ahead and Challenges”. The event will take place on 6th and 7th December 2024 at the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre in New Town, Kolkata.

The Sahodaya Annual Conference 2024 aims to engage educators, school principals, and management teams from CBSE schools across the country in shaping a resilient and adaptive educational ecosystem. The conference will focus on embracing innovation while preserving core educational values.

Participants will explore new policies and innovative practices introduced by the Board, with special emphasis on National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for Foundational Stage (NCFFS) 2023.

Sub-Themes of the Conference

Submission Guidelines

Schools submitting case studies must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • The case study should be an original contribution with a word limit of 1000 words.
  • It should address significant challenges faced by schools and propose strategies to overcome these challenges.
  • Primary and secondary data should be included, but confidential information must be protected.
  • The submission must be in MS WORD format with Arial/Unicode font (size 12), 1.5 line spacing, and 2 cm margins on both sides.
  • The deadline for submission is 5th November 2024, and entries must be submitted to sahodayanationalconference2024@cbsesahodayakolkata.org.

Important Notes:

  • Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • The Editorial Team reserves the right to determine the eligibility of the case studies.
  • The selected best practices will be collated into an e-SOUVENIR to be released during the conference.

Participation Fee

The participation fee collected by the host Sahodaya will be subjected to third-party audit as per CBSE’s guidelines.
