CBSE invites student entries for NCERT’s Sapnon Ki Udaan February 2026 Exam Special issue. Submissions close on 4

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has invited schools across the country to submit student entries for the February 2026 edition of Sapnon Ki Udaan, an e-magazine published by NCERT.

The upcoming issue will carry a special focus on examinations, with the theme “Exam Special Issue”, aiming to give students a creative platform to express their thoughts, experiences, and ideas around exams and learning.

This invitation follows CBSE’s earlier notification issued in November 2025 and is addressed to all Heads of CBSE-affiliated schools. Schools are encouraged to motivate students to participate actively and submit original, creative, and thought-provoking work.

Who Can Submit and How

Only school principals can submit entries on behalf of students, using their official cbseshiksha.in email ID. All submissions must be sent through the designated Google Form, and the last date for submission is 4 February 2026.

CBSE has clearly stated that plagiarised or AI-generated content will be rejected. In addition, students whose work has already appeared in Sapnon Ki Udaan will not be eligible for the next three issues, ensuring fresh voices get a chance to be featured.

Wide Range of Creative Categories

Students can contribute in multiple formats, including articles, stories, poems, essays, dialogues, travelogues, reflections, plays, quizzes, photo essays, illustrations, posters, paintings, infographics, and photographs. While the “Exam Special Issue” will be the thematic highlight, CBSE has also welcomed content on other themes under the approved categories.

Each category comes with defined word limits and format requirements, which schools and students must follow strictly.

Language and Technical Guidelines

Entries are accepted in Hindi, English, or any Indian language. All submissions must be original, unpublished, informative, and engaging. Text must follow prescribed font styles and spacing, and visual content should be high-resolution and copyright-free.

Encouraging Student Creativity

CBSE has requested schools to widely share this information among students, teachers, parents, and staff, and to encourage meaningful participation in line with the official guidelines.

For queries related to submissions, schools can write to e-magazine@cbseshiksha.in.

With exams often seen as stressful, the February 2026 edition of Sapnon Ki Udaan aims to turn those experiences into stories, reflections, and creative expressions—by students, for students.
