If you’re a CBSE student who took the 10th or 12th board exams this year, here’s some exciting news for you. Following the release of the results, you now have the ability to view your answer sheets online. This new feature allows you to access your papers directly from the comfort of your home.
How Does It Work?
Once the board results are announced, CBSE will provide a link on their official website. By clicking this link, you can easily view the answer sheet of your respective board exam. This service becomes available just one day after the board results are made public.
What Are the Fees Involved?
CBSE has announced that students wishing to view an answer sheet online must pay a fee of Rs 500 per subject. Remember, this facility is only available for five days following the result announcement.
If you also need a photocopy of your answer sheet, you can apply for it. The photocopy will be delivered to you within 15 days of your application. For this, 10th graders need to pay Rs 700 per subject, while 12th graders are charged Rs 500 per subject.
What If There Are Errors in the Marking?
CBSE is committed to maintaining fairness and accuracy in the evaluation process. If discrepancies are found, such as under-marking, the board will take strict action against the evaluators responsible for incorrect or unfair marking.
When Will the Results Be Released?
According to CBSE, the board results are set to be released in the second week of May. The 12th-grade results will be declared first, followed by the 10th-grade results. However, CBSE has decided not to release a merit list this year. Students will only be informed about their total marks.
