CBSE Update for Practical Exams and Assessments
Good news for schools! The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended the deadline. Schools now have until March 31, 2024, to finish their practical exams and internal assessments. This comes after many reminders for the CBSE Board Exams 2024.
Some schools hadn’t finished their required work on time. Because of this, they asked CBSE for more time to submit marks. CBSE has listened and is giving schools one last chance. They must complete and upload all marks by the new deadline.
Remember, this is the final extension. There won’t be another chance.

This refers to the circular dated 11.12.2023 regarding the conduct of Practical Examinations / Project / Internal Assessment / Internal Grade 2024 and the uploading of marks on the portal.
It has come to our notice that despite repeated reminders, some schools have not yet completed the activities mentioned within the scheduled timeframe.
They are now requesting the Board to provide the facility for uploading marks for Practical Examinations / Project / Internal Assessment / Internal Grade 2024.
In view of the requests received from schools that have not yet completed the above-mentioned activities, it has been decided to provide them one last opportunity. These schools are allowed to conduct the Practical Examinations / Project / Internal Assessment / Internal Grade 2024 and upload the marks on the portal by the latest March 31, 2024.
All remaining schools are requested to complete the related activities and upload the marks on the portal by this date. Please note, no further opportunities will be given to the schools in this regard.
CBSE held practical exams in January 2024. They told schools to finish these before the main exams. Schools must stick to this plan. Grades once uploaded cannot be changed. CBSE has warned that they will cancel practicals if schools don’t follow the rules.
