The National Education Policy-2020 emphasized on development of language skills, multilingualism, mother tongue, and Indian languages. In line with the same spirit and in continuation to the series of various events on Indian Languages, the Training Unit, CBSE is organizing a webinar on Munshi Premchand Ji on his death anniversary.

Munshi Premchand ji is one of the prominent writers of Hindi and Urdu languages. His stories and novels have exposed the problems related to inequality, evils, illiteracy, etc. prevailing in society. His writings are widely studied by different sections of society.
