You can submit your entries till the 22 November for Veergatha Edition-2, 10 thousand rupees prize will be given for preparing the best project.

In order to inculcate the feeling of patriotism among the students studying in schools and to tell them about the brave soldiers of the country, CBSE has started Veer Gatha Project Edition-2. Its aim is to inculcate a feeling of patriotism among the students. Under Veer Gatha Edition-2, the students who will prepare the best project on gallantry award winners will be awarded a prize of ten thousand rupees and will also be honored in a parade organized in Delhi on 26th January. The first project of the CBSE Veer Gatha edition was conducted from August 2021 to January 2022.

CBSE Veer Gatha Project Timeline

CBSE Veer Gatha Project portal will be open from November 1 to November 22 for the submission of entries. CBSE will present one best entry from every category on the Veer Gatha Project portal www.cbse.gov.in. Up to four entries (one category each) can be uploaded from a school.

CBSE Veer Gatha Project Selection

The 25 best entries will be collectively selected from the participants on CBSE and MyGov portals. In this, a total of 25 best entries will be selected including 7 entries for classes 6th and 11th-12th each from classes 3-5, 6-8, and 9-10. The 25 selected entries will be awarded a cash prize of Rs 10,000 by the Ministry of Defense.

CBSE Veer Gatha Project Winners

Each of the 25 winners will be invited to the Republic Day celebrations in Delhi. All the students whose entry is uploaded on the CBSE Veer Gatha portal will get an e-certificate of participation.

CBSE Mentioned in Circular

As per the direction received from the Ministry of Education, Department of School Education and Literacy, it is informed that the schools affiliated to CBSE up to Middle and Secondary classes can also upload the total best 4 entries covering all available class categories in a school. All other details of the circular will remain the same.
