CBSE Latest Circular on Teacher Training
CBSE in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) shall be conducting a webinar on Education Leadership for the Principals of CBSE affiliated schools.
The objective of this webinar is to help the participants reflect on leadership competencies in the context of leading academic institutions and keep acquainted with the recent know-how in the context of leadership.
The CBSE Webinar will Emphasise the following areas:
- The emerging context of Education
- Present-day challenges for Education Leaders
- Leadership Skills for leaders in academic institutions.
At the end of the webinar, the participants will be able to:
- Know about some of the leadership competencies required in the context of academic institutions.
- Reflect on their own leadership competencies as educational leaders.
- Identify areas for implementing in their own context to strengthen their leadership competencies.
- Understand new approaches to deal with the contemporary approach to leadership
The webinar would be approximately 90 minutes which would include teaching by the faculty and an interactive session where delegates would be engaged by asking questions and the faculty interact with them as per the requirements of the webinar. The webinar will use a combination of lecture demonstrations, discussions, and action planning.
