Agniveer Bharti 2023: Army Ready for Big Changes, now Recruitment Process will Start from the Written Exam
Agniveer Recruitment 2023: Indian Army has changed its recruitment process. With Agniveer now other recruitment will start from written tests.
Only the successful candidates will be called for physical and medical tests as before. Agniveer Online Common Entrance Exam (CEE) will now be written as the first filter.
The first online CEE will be held in April 2023, for which all preparations have been finalized. Online registration in CEE is open from mid-February till the next month.
The Army has taken this decision to reduce the rush seen during the recruitment rallies of the first batch to make them more manageable and process easier.
Army gave complete information about Agniveer Recruitment 2023 According to the Army Recruitment Office, under the change in the army recruitment process, now there will be a written test first.
Only the candidates who get a place in the merit list of this examination will be called for the race and medical. In the first phase of the recruitment process, all the candidates who have registered and applied online on the army website will now have to go through the online Common Entrance Examination (CEE).
In the second stage, shortlisted candidates will be called for recruitment at the places decided by the Army Recruiting Office, where they will undergo Physical Fitness Test and Physical Measurement Test.
In the third and final stage, only the selected candidates will have to undergo a medical examination at the rally site.
What Was the Rule 

Previously
Agniveer’s recruitment involved a physical fitness and medical test followed by a common entrance exam.
The process was expensive and involved screening centers across the country. Now, only successful entrance exam candidates will undergo physical and medical tests.
Online registration and application will have to be done
Candidates will have to register and apply online at joinindianarmy.nic.in the website as before. Candidates can register using their Aadhaar card or 10th-class certificate. Recruitment in the army is completely fair, transparent, and merit-based.
Candidates can participate in the recruitment process only on the basis of their ability.


Army will bear a 50% examination fee
Registration is open for Agniveers i.e. General Duty, Technical, Clerk, Store Keeper Technical, and Tradesmen in Army. A fee of Rs 250 is required to be paid by the candidate at registration as part of the examination fee.
The actual amount is Rs 500 of which 50 percent will be borne by the Army. All the registered candidates will have to undergo an online Common Entrance Test which will be a computer-based test.

Agniveer Recruitment will be done under the new process in April
Around 40,000 Agniveers are set to join the 2023-24 batch under the new recruitment process. An online common entrance exam will be held in April at 200 locations to simplify screening and logistics. Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment 2023 Eligibility
For the Indian Army’s Agniveer Recruitment 2023, there are two types of positions: technical and non-technical. Applicants must have a 10th or 12th-grade diploma and meet the age requirements (17-22 years old as of the notification date) for IAF Recruitment.
