To verify that recognized institutions are functioning in accordance with the NCTE Act 1993, as well as the norms, standards, and guidelines set by the Council, the General Body of the Council, in its 61st meeting on August 5, 2024, decided that the Performance Appraisal Reports (PARs) for the academic sessions 2021-22 and 2022-23 must be submitted online, year-wise, by all existing Teacher Education Institutions (TEIs) through the NCTE portal.

In light of this decision, the NCTE has issued a Public Notice dated September 9, 2024, which is available on the NCTE website (https://ncte.gov.in). It informs all recognized teacher education institutions to submit their PARs for the academic sessions 2021-22 and 2022-23 via the PAR portal at https://ncte.gov.in/par/.

The deadline for submitting the online PAR is from September 9, 2024, to November 10, 2024 (until 11:59 PM).
