RBI Launches Nationwide Quiz for Undergraduate Students
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) is celebrating its 90th anniversary with a grand series of events across the country. As part of this, RBI is launching a national quiz competition for students. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has sent letters to higher educational institutions, urging them to encourage their students to participate in this prestigious event.
How can students participate in the RBI Quiz?
To participate, interested students must register by 17th September 2024. This competition aims to involve undergraduate and postgraduate students from various educational institutions across the nation. The quiz will challenge participants on topics such as General Knowledge, History, Economy, and Current Affairs related to the RBI.
What is the structure of the RBI Quiz competition?
The competition will have several stages. The first round will take place online in Hindi and English. Students who perform well will move on to the State-level rounds, followed by regional and national rounds. Selected candidates will advance to the All India Stage, where they will compete for the top prizes.
The national final round will be held in November 2024, and the winners will be announced shortly afterward. Additionally, the quiz winners will be recognized with prizes worth lakhs of rupees and certificates of excellence.
What rewards can participants expect?
- First prize: ₹6 lakh
- Second prize: ₹4 lakh
- Third prize: ₹2 lakh
Runners-up will also receive cash prizes, recognizing their knowledge and effort. Winners will be celebrated with trophies and certificates to commemorate their success in this prestigious competition.
