Essay on My School for Class 1,2,3,4 and 5th Students

My school name is St. Joseph’s Convent School, and it’s in Deep Nagar. We have two playgrounds: one for basketball and another for all kinds of play. Our school has big, airy classrooms. We have 30 teachers and 26 classrooms. Ms. Ancy is our school principal. Our school has 1,000 students and it is a Christian school.

In my class, 43 students learn together. Our school has two parts: the ‘junior wing’ for nursery to third grade, and the ‘senior wing’ for fourth to twelfth grade. We also have a church at our school.

Our teachers are very good. They teach us very well. When students reach 5th grade, they are allowed to start writing with pens. Our school has many productive rooms like a library, a chemistry lab, a geography lab, and a physics lab. We also have special rooms for dance and yoga.

Our school has Four Houses: Marian, Thomsian, Therasian, and Josephine. We celebrate our staff sisters’ feast and go on picnics with our teachers and friends. Our school has a beautiful lotus pond. We have an auditorium where we perform and celebrate festivals.

On Children’s Day, our teachers perform for us. At Christmas, we have a party and play showing the birth of Jesus Christ. Every year, we have a big celebration where we all dance. We show dances from all over India like Bhangra, Gidda, Lavani, and Dandiya.

Every morning, we share news, thoughts, and topics in our assembly. This helps us learn new things. Every Thursday, we all sing our school anthem together. We wear a white dress on Wednesdays and our house t-shirts on Saturdays.

Our school has two stages: one outside and one in the auditorium for our performances. Classes are divided into three sections: A,B, and C. We also have special names for our nursery to UKG classes: Lotus, Rose, and Pansy. Each name belongs to a different section.

We also have a room for table tennis and badminton. Our school provides a parking area for teachers to park their scooters and for us to park our bicycles.
